Dar Praėjusių metų lapkritį ar gruodį pamačiau Feisbuke “Pildyk” reklamą(kuri jau yra pašalinta, nors akcija dar vyksta) orientuotą į studentus. Kadangi esu studentas ir “Pildyk” vartotojas susidomėjau, gi vargšui studentui buvo žadami net trys mėnesiai nemokamo naudojimosi Tele2 “Pildyk” Paslaugomis.
Būtų džiaugsmo pilnos kelnės, jei viskas būtų taip paprasta. Deja, visa ši akcija man primena nevykusį pokštą ar peralkusio šuns (studento) erzinimą kvepiančiu mėsos gabalu.
Taigi, apie viską nuo pradžių. Norit studentams pasinaudoti šiuo pasiūlymu reikėjo atlikti kelis paprastus žingsnelius:
- užsiregistruoti Pildyk.lt
- specialioje grafoje pavadinimu “Tik studentams” reikėjo suvesti lsp numerį ir kažkokį dar vieną kodą, kuris yra ant kitos pažymėjimo pusės.
Ir kaip jūs galvojate ar studentas suvedęs šiuos duomenis galėjo pasinaudoti šiuo pasiūlymu?
ATSAKYMAS – NE, JOKIU BŪDU NE.
Kadangi kaip alkanas šuo bandžiau nusikabinti kvepiantį mėsos gabalą, tai šiuos duomenis bandžiau suvesti n kartų ir tiek pat kartų man mesdavo užrašus “Pažymėjimas negalioja” arba “Tokio pažymėjimo nėra”. Kaip tai tiksliai atrodė matosi nuotraukoje:

Aš kažkaip galvojau, kad tik man čia taip, na pirmakursis ir panašiai, nors ir draugei nedavė tokios galimybės…
Taigi po dviejų-trijų mėnesių nuo akcijos pradžios pasitikrinu pildyk.lt ar vis dar vyksta pasiūlymas. Vyksta. Imu ir parašau Lietuvos studentų atstovybių sąjungai laišką ir po daugiau kaip šešių dienų gaunu atsakymą:
Kaip matote iš laiško jame siūloma pabandyti “dar kartelį, turėtų jau viskas veikti„.
Ir ką jūs manote ? Pabandžius dar kartelį viskas stebuklingai “suveikia”. Nors kelios dienos prieš parašant laišką niekas “neveikė”, bet deja, galiu užsisakyti planą tik mėnesiui, nes galutinė data pasinaudoti pasiūlymu 2010 01 31.
Tikiuosi dabar kiekvienas, kuris bandė pasinaudoti šiuo pasiūlymu ir jam nepavyko, žinos kodėl taip nutiko.
Peršasi tik viena išvada po tokio “tyrimo”. Tele2 norėdama savo prekinį ženklą populiarinti tarp studentų patyrė visišką fiasko.
Ar tokios turėtų būti akcijos, jog jomis pasinaudoti galėtum tik parašęs keletą laiškų bei laukdamas keletą dienų atsakymo ir tikėdamasis “o gal”? Tikrai ne.
Pačioje pradžioje man net buvo kilęs įtarimas, jog tele2 naudoja klaidinančią reklamą.
Vis dėlto manau, viskas yra daug paprasčiau LSAS “pasidarė” akciją sau ir saviškiams visiškai “padėjo skersą” ant studentų, o dėl tokių tele2 parterių neatsakomybės tele2 ne tik neišpopuliarino savo ženklo, bet dar ir įgavo neigiamą atspalvį.
Kuo toliau tuo labiau mano nuomonė apie visus studentus administruojančią LSAS prastėja. Žodis besisukantis galvoje “šunsnukiai”. Nieko asmeniško.
Taigi, nors praėjo daug laiko nuo tele2 įėjimo į rinką, nepatikimos kompanijos šleifas tęsiasi iki šiol ir nebūtinai tik dėl pačios kompanijos kaltės.
O man jokių problemų nekilo, spėsiu išnaudot visus tris mėnesius, dabar kaip tik antrasis į pabaigą.
Paėmiau dar ir mamai užregistravau su vieno draugo LSP, irgi jokių problemų nekilo, bet kiek vėliau registravau, tai tik 2 mėnesius pavyks išnaudot.
Benami,
su panašiomis problemomis buvo susidūrę dar keli klientai, bandę pasinaudoti akcija. Aiškinomės, kodėl taip nutiko – problema kilo greičiausiai dėl to, kad LSAS duomenų bazėje Tavo pažymėjimo numeris įvestas neteisingai. Klaida galėjo įvykti išduodant pažymėjimą banko poskyryje, galėjo nutikti ir vėliau; kaip bebūtų, nuo klaidų niekas neapsaugotas.
Dėl akcijos trukmės – SM planą gausi ne mėnesiui, o trims. Akcijos taisyklės numato, kad svarbu užsiregistruoti iki sausio pabaigos – o nemokami mėnesiai bus skaičiuojami nuo registracijos datos. Jei turi draugų, kurie to nepadarė – paragink, jie, jei spės, iki balandžio galo gali naudotis pasiūlymu:)

Kadangi mes abu studijuojame VPU, galbūt galima daryti prielaidą, jog vieno kažkurio universiteto studentai negalėjo pasinaudoti pasiūlymu, taigi tuo šis pasiūlymas dėl prastai veikiančios duomenų bazės yra klaidinantis.
Tarkim, mano draugė, parašė laišką Lsas, bet pasiūlymu jau nespės pasinaudoti, nes jie į laiškus atsako tik trečiadieniais kada pasiūlymas jau nebegalios.
Taigi, žiūrėkit kaip norit, tačiau šis blynas – prisvilęs.
